Children benefit from having a small teaching team as this provides continuity and consistency, enabling children and teachers to get to know each other well and form secure attachments.
The preschool occasionally welcomes students from local colleges who are studying related courses or interested in working with children.
Committee
We are a committee run preschool with all members being elected at the Annual General Meeting. All parents are informed and welcomed at the committee meetings held.

The committee oversee the running of the preschool, raise funds, maintain the building, review policies and support the work of the preschool staff.
